1.Warranty Period: The normal operation of the equipment within 12 months from the date of acceptance, if there is a malfunction or accident, the bad reason is the design of the machine itself, we will be responsible for maintenance; if the malfunction or accident is caused by improper operation, the customer pays for the maintenance.2.After-sales maintenance: Guidance treatment within 24 hours from the malfunction report by phone or email. If the guidance treatment can not be handled by phone, 48 hours of on-site maintenance within the domestic and 3 days on-site treatment for overseas market.3.Accessories supply: Provide long-term accessory supply services and telephone technical guidance.
